Lake Velenje

Lake Velenje ( Velenjsko jezero ) is the biggest one but not the deepest one of three lakes in near the city of Velenje. 

Lake is few steps away from Lake Skale. It is 1300m wide, 1400m long and 54,2m deep. We can find huge carp, wells catfish, pike and trout in this lake. Fishing in this lake was not alowed for last 30 years and was opened for fishing only few years ago, that's why we can catch monsters in these waters. In this deep and clear water we can realy expect an record carp.

Unfortunately I think, that fishing in this special lake is still possible only for members of local fishing club!!!
